Morey's Landing is a neighborhood of 224 homes in Wilsonville, Oregon. The neighborhood was created in the mid 1990's with many new homes being built over the years to present.
🛑ATTENTION: Please take into account while filling out ARC application.
The Morey’s Landing neighborhood was developed with the intent and purpose of achieving a high standard of external design for both individual lots and the neighborhood overall, and to maintain an essence of Pacific Northwest style, emphasizing use of natural stonework, materials, and landscaping, including paint colors, shingle colors, and fence stain.
Winter Newsletter
Welcome to 2023. We hope this newsletter finds you all well. As we start the new year the board has just a few important updates before spring and summer projects begin.
ARC Process - Please remember all exterior changes to your home and yard require ARC approval. This includes changes to the backyard as well. An application will be attached to this email for future reference. It can always be found in your portal as well. Applications must be filled out prior to starting work. It’s a violation of CCRS to start and/or complete work without approval from the committee. If unapproved work is completed and found to be out of compliance it is within the board’s authority to have you reverse the improvement at your expense. An approved application is in the best interest of everyone. Prior to filling out an application please take into mind this guidance,

Drinking fountains - There are two drinking fountains in the neighborhood that have been out of service for some time. The board has looked into replacing them as they are beyond repair. The cost to do this would be $18,000. The board has decided to table the replacement for the time being until our reserves are built back up to cover the cost. These are a reserve item and we hope to be able to tackle this project in the next few years.
Gopher trapping- We will begin the project of trapping the gophers and moles in our greenspace soon. The traps will be clearly marked with buckets and/or wire flags. Please be mindful of pets and children and stay clear of these areas during treatment. This infestation of our fields has been a major complaint of homeowners and we are happy to finally begin the process of getting the fields back to a usable condition. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we continue to work towards this goal.
The board continues to meet via Zoom the first Tuesday of every month. The agenda and link are emailed in advance of every meeting. Please feel free to attend if you have questions or input. The annual meeting will be held on February 7. You should have already received an email notice for the annual meeting, look for a hard copy in your mail soon.
